Dr. Anne Neumann was born and raised in the western suburbs of Chicago. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola University Chicago and later obtained her Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry (ICO). Dr. Neumann's clinical rotations at the Great Lakes Naval Base and the University of Chicago's Duchossois Center for Advanced Medicine provided her extensive training in primary eye care, ocular disease, pediatrics, and contact lens fitting.
After completing her doctorate in 2011, Dr. Neumann joined All About Eyes and has been delivering patient-centered primary eye care to the LaSalle/Peru and surrounding Illinois Valley area. She proudly holds memberships in both the Illinois and American Optometric Associations. Her areas of interest include contact lens fitting, including myopia management for children, and ocular disease, including diagnosis and treatment of cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. She enjoys being engaged in and enriching her local community and is an avid lover of all things Christmas. Dr. Neumann currently resides in the Illinois Valley with her husband and is a proud mom of two boys. She is very active in supporting their numerous extracurricular activities.
