Meet our Staff
Dr. Jeffrey Lewis
Dr. Jeffery Lewis comes from the East coast and brings with him a wealth of knowledge. He studied at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois. After graduating in 2012 with his Doctor of Optometry, he joined the All About Eyes team in Champaign, Illinois. His passion for optometry has pushed him to provide the highest quality care possible for his community, as he believes the gift of sight should be cherished.
Shortly after joining All About Eyes, Dr. Lewis became affiliated with the local Channel 3 News station, where he speaks on various topics related to ocular health. He is regular guest throughout the year and helps educate the public on ocular disease prevention.
To further his community outreach, Dr. Lewis currently mentors’ students in high school, undergraduate programs, and optometry programs. He also is a newly appointed board member for the Illinois Society for the Prevention of Blindness, was recently chosen to become part of the National Public Awareness Campaign, led by the Association of Schools and Colleges of Optometry, and has participated as Bausch & Lomb panelist on contact lenses.
Dr. Julie Quivey
Dr. Julie Quivey, a Paxton, Illinois native, attended Southern Illinois University Carbondale and Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, graduating with honors in 1985. She has practiced in Champaign, IL since graduating from ICO. Having worked in private and corporate practice, she enjoys the vast opportunities to find solutions to various eye problems. Dr. Quivey has been a member of a national advisory and peer review panel and a clinical investigator for contact lens companies. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Illinois Optometric Association.
In her free time, Dr. Quivey enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, gardening, and watching all types of sports. She is an avid Cubs, Bears, and Illini fan. Dr. Quivey lives in the Mahomet, ll., area with her husband Herb and their three cats, Jack, Jill, and Cali.
Dr. Tanya Chugh
Dr. Chugh is a Peoria, Illinois native who graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in 2015. She then traveled down south to Memphis, Tennessee and graduated from the Southern College of Optometry in 2020.
During her time as a student, she was very involved in global and community outreach. She traveled to provide her services and give glasses to those in need in Mexico and Belize. Dr. Chugh, however, never forgot her roots and returned back to the cornfields where she joined All About Eyes in Champaign, Illinois. She is excited to be back and share her love and knowledge of eyes with her patients.
Currently, Dr. Chugh lives in Champaign with her husband (who is also an optometrist). She enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, drawing, and eating good food.
