I had a pair of glasses from this location that were less than a year old, and noticed recently that one of the lenses popped out along one edge and does not sit flush. They were not bent or stepped on, and are used sparingly as I’m a contact lens wearer. The regional manager was extremely helpful and corrected the problem, which turned out to be a manufacturing defect. She was very kind and made me feel valued.

Got me an appointment in 30 minutes and in an exam extremely quickly. Staff were all phenomenal and friendly. Got me trial contacts that I could wear till mine were delivered and all the stuff I needed with them out the door within 30-40 minutes prices are pretty standard but can't reccomend the service enough. Will likely use them again and I've been to most eye care places in the area.
